Store Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years experience in supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Knowledgeable in store operations and basic inventory
- Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily store operations
- Manage and motivate the team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory and stocks
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with company standards
