• Male/Female, minimum age of 18 years
• Minimum education of high school/vocational high school or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and student service-oriented
• Able to work individually and within a tight schedule
• Thorough, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to operate basic computers and digital communication media
• Willing to work according to school operating hours
