Position overview

OS Construction and Companies Inc. is seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Construction Superintendent Trainee based in Honduras to join its U.S. field operations through a structured professional training program. The selected candidate will temporarily relocate to the United States to participate in hands-on training and professional development focused on construction field supervision, project coordination, jobsite operations, safety, quality control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and U.S. construction practices.

Working alongside experienced construction and project management personnel, the trainee will support the coordination of daily field activities across active construction projects. The role includes progressively developing greater responsibility in supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring project progress, resolving field issues, and maintaining project standards.

This opportunity is designed for a construction professional with meaningful field experience who is ready to develop supervisory and project-management capabilities in a U.S. construction environment. OS Construction and Companies Inc. will coordinate and support the J-1 visa process for the selected eligible candidate, including required documentation and program coordination.
