About the role
At Arrow Electronics, Supply Chain Services teams help customers navigate global supply chain complexities by connecting products, people, and processes through agile, scalable solutions. The supply planner manages end-to-end planning activities for assigned customer accounts, including complex global accounts with diverse product portfolios, variable demand, inventory requirements, and supply chain constraints. The role aligns demand, supply, inventory, and risk management strategies to support customer commitments and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer forecasts and planning inputs to support accurate demand signals and overall system integrity.
- Convert demand requirements into actionable supply, replenishment, and execution plans.
- Monitor material availability, lead times, shortages, and supplier constraints to prevent fulfillment delays.
- Develop and maintain inventory, safety stock, and buffer strategies that balance customer service levels, cost, and operational risk.
- Identify, communicate, and drive the resolution of supply chain bottlenecks and execution gaps.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience in Supply Planning, Strategy Planning, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle, EBS, Demantra, Sales workbench, Jira, or similar tools.
- Background in inventory strategy execution, safety stock optimization, and replenishment modeling.
