Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored care and assistance with daily living activities. Support personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and record health and well-being; report concerns promptly. Encourage participation in social and recreational activities. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans. Maintain a safe, hygienic environment for service users. Build trusting relationships through effective communication with service users and families. Required and Preferred Qualifications Possession of a relevant Care Certificate is mandatory. Essential skills: compassion, empathy, communication, patience, and teamwork. Previous care experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations in care settings.
