psrtek is seeking a dedicated Sustainability Engineer to join our team in Spring, TX. This full-time role within the oil and gas sector offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement sustainability initiatives that drive environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sustainability programs aligned with company objectives and environmental regulations. Perform ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting to transparently communicate sustainability metrics to stakeholders. Monitor and analyze evolving regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance with environmental laws and standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement sustainability improvements across operations. Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk analyses for ongoing and upcoming projects. Prepare detailed reports and present sustainability findings and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making. Facilitate training sessions and awareness programs to embed a culture of sustainability within the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Environmental Technology or related discipline. Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability best practices. Familiarity with environmental regulatory compliance specific to the oil and gas industry. Proficiency with sustainability reporting tools, data analysis software, and project management platforms. 2 to 5 years of experience in sustainability or environmental engineering roles.
