Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability programs aligned with company objectives and industry regulations, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing environmental footprint. Conduct ESG reporting using recognized frameworks such as GRI and SASB to transparently communicate sustainability performance to stakeholders and investors. Monitor and analyze evolving environmental laws and standards in the oil and gas sector to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to identify and execute sustainability improvements across projects and processes. Assist in environmental impact assessments and risk analyses for new and ongoing projects, supporting data-driven decision-making. Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to management, enabling strategic planning and continuous improvement. Support training initiatives to raise sustainability awareness and embed best practices within the company culture. What We're Looking For Required: Associate's Degree in Environmental Technology, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. 2-5 years of professional experience in sustainability or environmental engineering roles, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability metrics. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements specific to environmental standards in oil and gas operations. Proficiency in sustainability reporting software, data analysis tools, and project management platforms. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. Experience with environmental impact assessments and risk management methodologies. Certification in sustainability or environmental management (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001). Demonstrated ability to lead sustainability projects and influence organizational change.
