This full-time onsite position supports surveyors and assists with construction layouts, focusing on land development engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Produce precise engineering drawings for land development projects, including roads, drainage systems, utilities, and grading. Support surveyors in construction layout and site planning. Utilize AutoCAD engineering software specifically for land development tasks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to convert raw land into usable plots. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 6 years of relevant engineering experience. Proficient in AutoCAD with a focus on land development engineering. Strong knowledge of construction layout, drainage design, utility design, grading, and road design. Ability to produce accurate and detailed engineering drawings.
