Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and surrounding areas. Provide product information , promotions, and specials to customers. Respond to customer queries and resolve issues positively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Previous retail or food service experience is a plus. Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
