Key Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to stitch fabric pieces according to specifications.
• Inspect finished textile products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform packing duties, ensuring products are properly labeled and ready for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with setup and adjustment of sewing machines as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Report machinery malfunctions or production issues promptly to supervisors.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Proven sewing skills and experience in textile manufacturing preferred.
• Efficient packing skills for handling finished textile products.
