Talent Acquisition Consultant

At WHO&Co., we are leading the search for a Talent Acquisition Consultant on behalf of a leading multinational company.
We are looking for a professional with a strong consulting mindset, capable of acting as a strategic business partner by advising leaders on talent acquisition and leading high-impact recruitment processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes for professional, specialist, and leadership positions.Advise leaders and stakeholders on role definition, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions.Design and implement direct search and specialized sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.Analyze the labor market, talent acquisition trends, and candidate availability to develop effective sourcing strategies and advise the business.Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition metrics, generating insights that support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Prepare executive reports and present data-driven insights to internal clients and stakeholders.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and Talent Acquisition projects.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Consulting experience gained within a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG), in areas related to Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, or People Consulting.Experience leading recruitment processes for professional, specialist, and/or leadership positions.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a consultative environment.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and talent sourcing tools.
