Role Description the Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Caguas, PR. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of candidates for technical, engineering, and corporate roles. The specialist develops and maintains talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Daily tasks include posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling and facilitating interviews, supporting offer development, and maintaining accurate recruitment data in applicant tracking systems. The role also contributes to employer branding efforts, participates in career events, and collaborates with HR and business leaders to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.Experience with Hiring processes, such as coordinating offers, onboarding, and stakeholder communication.Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment to ensure fair, structured evaluations.Ability to support and enhance Employer Branding initiatives through job postings, social media, and candidate outreach.Previous experience recruiting in technical, engineering, or life sciences environments is highly beneficial.Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and basic recruitment analytics. (ADP is preferred)Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Ability to travel to US and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
