Talent Data Analyst - Remote

About the role

INDI Staffing Services is looking for a Talent Data Analyst to join its Talent team. The role involves turning raw numerical or qualitative data into narratives that help business colleagues make better decisions. Its primary goal is to extract insights from large volumes of complex Talent team data and help solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Talent funnel and architect a data solution from scratch, including defining KPIs and metrics.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify and query data sources, and obtain required data.
• Clean and shape data, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
• Present work and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Data Analysis tools, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
• Maintain and document the operational environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing data, and visualizing data.
• Understanding of top-of-the-line Data Analysis tools; experience with administration, licensing, security, and deployment is a plus.
• Solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytic skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to deliver commitments.
• Superior organizational skills and a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
• Experience with ETL of data from a variety of sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture.
