Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to effectively promote our products and services, aiming to increase sales conversion rates. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings to clearly communicate product benefits and answer customer queries with confidence. Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and service improvement. Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new lead opportunities and promptly follow up on customer inquiries. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Participate actively in team meetings to discuss performance targets, challenges, and strategies for continuous improvement. Monitor call metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback to meet and exceed individual and team goals. What We're Looking For Required: Proficiency in Tamil is essential; fluency in English is a strong advantage. Minimum education of 10th grade; higher education degrees are welcome. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to dynamic work environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
