About the role
INDI Staffing Services is recruiting Tasks Management Specialists to join a development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The role focuses on task management processes and practices, with opportunities to contribute as a supporting Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Responsibilities
- Define and control processes related to task management.
- Coach managers on best practices for planning their tasks and those of their employees.
- Provide support as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role where beneficial.
- Analyze and propose improvements to task management processes and practices.
- Audit the use and configuration of Jira tools, and alert and correct deviations from best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in the role.
- Formal certification or proof of knowledge in Agile and Scrum.
- Deep knowledge of Jira use and configuration; Jira Certification is a plus.
- Previous work experience in the IT market.
- Advanced English level.
