About the role
INDI Staffing Services is recruiting Tasks Management Specialists to join a development team and work on projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The role focuses on task management processes and practices, supporting managers and teams, and improving the use of Jira.

Responsibilities
- Define and control processes related to task management.
- Coach managers on best practices for planning their tasks and those of their employees.
- Provide support as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in areas that may benefit from the role.
- Analyze and propose improvements to task management processes and practices.
- Audit the use of Jira task management tools and address deviations from best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in the role.
- Formal certification or proof of knowledge in Agile and Scrum.
- Deep knowledge of Jira use and configuration; Jira Certification is a plus.
- Previous work experience in the IT market.
- Advanced English level.
