Team Leader – Operations
Lean Solutions Group | Full-Time | On-SiteLean Solutions Group is looking for a results-driven Team Leader to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, BPO experience, and the ability to drive performance while creating a positive and accountable team environment.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of a team, ensuring operational goals are achieved, coaching team members, and partnering with Operations Management to continuously improve results.
What You’ll DoLead and manage the daily performance of an assigned team.Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, attendance, and overall team performance.Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and follow-up action plans.Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results.Promote accountability, engagement, and a strong team culture.Manage attendance, schedule adherence, and workforce-related concerns.Support employee development and identify potential future leaders.Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.Communicate business updates, expectations, and priorities effectively to the team.Partner with Operations Managers and other departments to achieve client and business objectives.Maintain accurate reporting and provide visibility into team performance, risks, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking ForB2+ English proficiency or higher — strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Previous experience working in the BPO / Contact Center industry.Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, SME, Senior Agent, or similar leadership position is highly preferred.Strong people-management and coaching skills.Ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into actionable performance plans.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage difficult conversations and hold team members accountable.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is preferred.Full-time availability (AV) and flexibility according to operational requirements.
