KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team
- Achieve sales targets and ensure team performance
- Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor team activities and provide coaching & feedback

REQUIREMENTS
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred)
- Proven experience as Team Leader in Sales (2-3 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
- Target oriented with the ability to drive results
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools will be an advantage
