This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₹25,000 and requires a proactive leader to guide and empower team members in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team to ensure goals are achieved and performance is optimized. Create an open communication environment encouraging team participation in decision-making. Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and effective resource use. Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and track project progress. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes and support company initiatives. Implement and track success metrics to measure team productivity and efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education or leadership training is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
