*At least College Level or a College Graduate (Business-related courses are preferred)
*With experience in field sales, merchandising, or other sales-related field work
*Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
*Willing to do field work and travel within the assigned area
*With a valid Professional Driver's License
*Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle (manual and/or automatic transmission)
*Physically fit and goal-oriented
*Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
*Willing to comply with pre-employment requirements
