Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor telecalling team members to consistently meet daily and monthly targets. Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge. Monitor call quality and provide feedback to enhance performance. Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management. Assist in developing effective marketing scripts and strategies tailored to target audiences. Facilitate communication between telecalling team and other departments. Implement new processes to optimize team efficiency and results. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in telecalling or sales, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead the team. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with analytics tools for performance measurement is a plus. This role offers a collaborative team environment with direct reporting to the Operations Manager. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve outreach.
