Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of telecalling agents to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue growth. Develop and execute effective team strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance customer engagement. Oversee daily telecalling operations, ensuring smooth communication and task coordination among team members. Conduct regular training sessions to upskill agents, focusing on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and product knowledge.
