Manage daily operations of the telecalling team ensuring smooth communication and task execution. Conduct training sessions to improve skills, address weaknesses, and promote best practices. Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for team development. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain high service standards and positive relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to share insights and improve processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years proven leadership experience in telecalling or customer service environments. Excellent communication, team management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools to monitor and improve team performance.
