Tech Lead Full Stack Engineer

The Technical Team Lead will lead a team of Full Stack Engineers responsible for designing, developing, and supporting FinTech and SaaS products. This role combines technical leadership, people management, delivery ownership, and solution architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers across multiple products.Own technical design, architecture, and delivery execution.Drive development of scalable, secure, and resilient applications.Review solution designs, code quality, and release readiness.Collaborate with Product Management and Business Stakeholders.Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.Establish development standards, coding best practices, and governance.Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and automation initiatives.Support production releases, incident management, and RCA activities.Guide technology roadmap and modernization initiatives.Required Skills8-10 years of software engineering experience.Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and enterprise application development.Strong experience in SQL Server architecture and optimization.Extensive experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks.Good understanding of Angular-based applications.Strong Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery experience.Experience designing microservices and cloud-native applications.Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.Preferred SkillsAzure Cloud certifications.Experience leading FinTech or SaaS product engineering teams.Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture, Messaging Systems, and API Gateways.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native platforms.Leadership ExpectationsTechnical ownership of deliverables.Team mentoring and skill development.Delivery governance and quality assurance.Architectural decision-making.Continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Domain Experience (Preferred Across All Roles)FinTech PlatformsSaaS Product DevelopmentPayment ProcessingFinancial WorkflowsSubscription-Based PlatformsCompliance & Security RequirementsAPI-First Product DevelopmentMulti-Tenant SaaS ArchitecturesAgile Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and SDLCTechnology Stack: .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, React, Angular (secondary), Azure DevOps, REST APIs, Microservices, Azure Cloud, Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum.English proficiency level B2+.
