RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new account and maintain relationships with clients such as brands, retailers, dermatology, clinics, and beauty professionals.
• Present and explain product formulations, active ingredients, and benefits to customers.
• Provide technical support on product usage, application, and positioning.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare or cosmetic solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence within assigned territory.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new ingredients technologies.
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer demands.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback summaries

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chem Eng. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing, Business Ad, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and formulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear customer benefits.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
