Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end execution of Tekla steel detailing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. Lead and mentor a team of modelers, detailers, and checkers, fostering accountability and ownership to maintain high-quality outputs. Plan project timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to meet or exceed client deadlines. Coordinate seamlessly with clients, engineers, fabricators, and internal teams to optimize workflow and communication. Ensure strict compliance with AISC, OSHA, and international design standards to uphold safety and quality benchmarks. Review and approve Tekla models, drawings, and reports prior to submission, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness. Identify project risks proactively and implement corrective actions to safeguard project quality and profitability. Provide technical guidance, training, and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and skills. Support business development efforts by contributing to project estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in steel detailing using Tekla Structures. Comprehensive knowledge of AISC, OSHA, and relevant international design codes. Proven track record managing projects for US, UK, and Canadian clients. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work on-site in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Preferred: Experience with BIM coordination and advanced Tekla functionalities. Familiarity with business development and client relationship management. Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
