Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services effectively. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and sales. Use strong communication skills to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates and share best practices. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Strong time management skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and improve continuously. 0-1 years experience in customer service or sales roles.
