Collaborate with team members to enhance outreach strategies. Continuously improve performance through feedback and training. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous telecalling or sales experience is advantageous. Proficient with basic computer software and CRM systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and passion for customer service. At Desh Bhagat University, you will be part of a supportive team reporting to the Senior Telecalling Manager.
