Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software to support sales tracking and follow-up. Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through persistent follow-ups and effective lead conversion strategies. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and tailor communication accordingly. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into successful sales opportunities. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum education: 10th Pass. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Basic proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles. Additional language skills are a plus.
