Canvision Overseas is hiring a dedicated Telecaller, Counselor, and Receptionist in Mohali, Punjab, India. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and support their journey effectively. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to share information about our services and programs. Assist clients in understanding their needs and guide them through counseling processes. Use strong communication skills to answer inquiries and resolve customer issues. Manage the reception area by welcoming clients and guests professionally. Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in the system. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and help close sales. Participate in training sessions to improve counseling and customer service skills. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred experience in counseling, customer service, or sales. Strong time management and task prioritization abilities. Proficient with common software and technology tools. 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
