Canvision Overseas is hiring a dedicated Telecaller, Counselor, and Receptionist in Mohali, Punjab, India. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, sharing information about our services and programs. Assist clients by understanding their needs and guiding them through the counseling process. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues using effective communication techniques. Manage the reception area by welcoming clients and guests professionally and courteously. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our system accordingly. Collaborate with sales to identify new business opportunities and support closing sales. Participate in training sessions to enhance counseling and customer service skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in counseling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Effective time management and task prioritization abilities. Proficiency with common software tools and technology. 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
