Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services. Provide accurate information and answer queries regarding financial solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interaction details and update records in the company database. Assist in lead generation by identifying potential customers through cold calling techniques. Monitor and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to support campaign initiatives and achieve sales targets. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma is mandatory; further education in finance or business is a plus. Strong communication skills with a persuasive tone. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with financial products and services is an advantage. Proficient in basic computer applications and software for data entry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets. Highly motivated with a positive attitude toward learning.
