Join Mohammad Ramish as a Telecaller in our Real Estate Brokerage team based in Gurgaon, Haryana. This full-time role offers an exciting chance to engage with clients, generate leads, and contribute to the dynamic real estate market. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients to generate leads and schedule property viewings. Client Communication: Provide detailed property information and answer inquiries professionally. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs and client data within our CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and assist in closing deals. Marketing Support: Promote property listings through effective communication strategies. Market Awareness: Stay updated on real estate trends to offer clients relevant insights. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve service quality and offerings. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service. Experience in sales or telemarketing preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Knowledge of real estate concepts is a plus. Proficient with office software and CRM tools. Strong objection handling and client engagement abilities. Minimum 1 year telecalling experience preferred. Work directly under the Sales Manager and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client experience and business growth. This position is based in Gurgaon and is not remote eligible.
