Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in real estate properties. Provide detailed property information and answer client inquiries professionally. Maintain accurate call and customer interaction records using CRM software. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Use persuasive communication to convert leads into sales opportunities. Assist with market research to identify client trends and opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; business or marketing education is a plus. 1-2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
