Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update company databases. Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies and customer engagement plans. Track call outcomes and report customer feedback and sales metrics. Participate in company meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and best practices. Continuously improve sales skills and adapt to changing market conditions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. As part of our enthusiastic team, you will report directly to the Telecalling Team Leader and collaborate closely with sales and customer service departments. This role is based in our Vijayawada office and is not eligible for remote work. Compensation: ₹15,000 per month.
