Key Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to generate qualified leads and promote Company’s services effectively. Assist customers by promptly answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions using CRM software to ensure data integrity. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer contacts to maximize conversion rates. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional tone. Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in telecalling or call center environments. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
