Maintain and update customer databases accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently using problem-solving techniques. Document call outcomes and regularly report sales performance to management. Participate in team meetings and share insights to improve sales tactics. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage. Strong persuasion and customer engagement abilities. Basic problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency. 1-2 years of experience in a sales-oriented role preferred.
