Moneycoviewer is seeking a friendly and approachable Telecaller to join our team in Delhi, India . Key Responsibilities Make outgoing calls to inform customers about our products and services. Resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring excellent service quality. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM tools. Follow up on leads and assist the sales team in closing deals. Use effective communication skills to understand customer needs and promote offerings. Schedule appointments and manage follow-up calls as required. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on customer service. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
