Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients, clearly presenting our offers to generate interest and leads. Provide accurate product and service information while resolving customer queries promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the call database regularly. Follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on targets and share valuable customer insights. Achieve daily and monthly call targets while maintaining high-quality customer engagement. Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to better assist customers. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation. 1-2 years of telecalling or sales experience is desirable. As a Telecaller at B2B ABROAD EXPERT, you will be part of a collaborative team environment, reporting to the Sales Manager who will provide guidance and support to help you excel.
