Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote MultiBasket's products and services. Engage customers by addressing queries and providing accurate information. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up on leads and support customers throughout the sales process. Collaborate with team members to enhance telecalling strategies. Achieve daily and monthly call targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Collect customer feedback to aid product and marketing improvements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of customer service and sales techniques. Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team. 1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
