Indumathy is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Specialist in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively engage with clients. Build rapport with potential clients to nurture long-term relationships and maximize conversion rates. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Track and report sales metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve telemarketing strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in telemarketing or sales preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus. Prior customer service experience is an advantage. This full-time position offers a vibrant and collaborative work environment.
