Therapist

Carry a caseload of 20–30 clients across PHP/IOP levels of care. Meet with each assigned client weekly for individual therapy sessions (virtual and in-person). Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed. Complete biopsychosocial assessments using ASAM criteria (BPS/ASAM). Complete LOCUS assessments to support level-of-care determinations. Develop, update, and maintain individualized treatment plans. Conduct suicide risk screenings and follow safety protocols. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and payer standards. Coordinate care with case managers, psychiatric providers, and the broader treatment team. Experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment settings; PHP/IOP experience preferred. Working knowledge of ASAM criteria, LOCUS, and treatment planning. Strong documentation skills and comfort with electronic health records / Kipu preferred. Ability to manage a full caseload independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Reliable ability to work both on-site and via Telehealth.
