Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing engineering tools and workflows to minimize downtime and improve reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and quality assurance to identify tool requirements and enhancement opportunities. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for tools, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution. 2-5 years of proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in engineering environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Familiarity with software development processes and engineering tools such as CAD and project management software. Preferred: Experience with tool integration and automation in engineering workflows. Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support diverse teams.
