Key Responsibilities Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to promptly resolve issues. Conduct routine inspections to ensure surveillance equipment operates optimally. Collaborate with IT team for infrastructure and system upgrades. Respond to service requests and provide technical support related to surveillance systems. Document and report system operations and performance to maintain compliance. Participate in training workshops to enhance IT and surveillance technology skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. (IT) / BCA / BE in Electronics or Computer Science. Proven knowledge of CCTV and surveillance systems. 0-2 years experience in IT support, preferably in surveillance domain. Familiarity with network protocols and basic networking principles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
