Do you have a passion for learning, coaching, and developing people? We’re looking for a Trainer II to join our team and help prepare our workforce through engaging, impactful, and client-focused training.In this role, you will:🎯 Deliver new hire, product update, and refresher training 🎤 Facilitate engaging learning experiences using different training methodologies and modalities 📈 Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching, feedback, and readiness recommendations 🤝 Partner with Operations to ensure a smooth transition from training to production 📚 Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge 💡 Identify opportunities to improve training materials and curriculum 📊 Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other feedback methods 🌱 Contribute to a continuous learning and development cultureWhat we’re looking for:✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a related field ✔️ 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred ✔️ Experience with training methodologies and soft-skills development ✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ✔️ Strong organizational and time-management skills ✔️ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure ✔️ Excellent attention to detail and relationship-building skills✔️Advanced English level
