Provide detailed information on travel destinations, attractions, and travel restrictions. Manage and update travel itineraries ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. Communicate clearly to understand and fulfill client travel preferences and needs. Use travel booking systems efficiently to complete reservations and handle requests. Resolve travel plan issues or changes promptly to maintain client trust. Keep detailed records of client interactions and travel details for follow-up and quality assurance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and partners. Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple travel plans simultaneously. Familiarity with travel booking systems to streamline reservations. High school diploma or equivalent required.
