Remote Customer Service Representative – United States

Everlywell is hiring a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative in the United States. This role pays $20 per hour and is ideal for a customer-focused communicator who can resolve inquiries, explain products and services, and help deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through available communication channels.
• Clearly explain Everlywell products and services.
• Investigate customer concerns and use sound judgment to resolve complaints.
• Document customer conversations and maintain accurate feedback records.
• Work with colleagues and other departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
• Follow up on customer requests promptly and effectively.
• Participate in daily team briefings and discussions about service strategies and improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability in customer service situations.
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience with customer management software is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
