Treasury Operations Officer – Disbursements

About the role

NTT DATA Europe & Latam is looking for a Treasury Operations Officer – Disbursements in San José, Costa Rica. The role supports the operational execution of the end-to-end disbursement process within the Treasury Operations team, serving a global organization within the financial services sector.

You will contribute to the accurate and timely processing of loan disbursements, capital contributions, and guarantees. The work also includes reviewing financial and operational documentation, validating disbursement requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring transactions through completion.

This hands-on operational role requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Review financing documentation and related correspondence to understand operational requirements.
• Support the coordination and processing of loan disbursements, capital contributions, and guarantees.
• Validate conditions precedent to disbursements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and monitor transactions through completion.
• Support process documentation, operational improvements, automation, analytics, and efficiency initiatives.
