About the role
The Viral App | Influencer Marketing & UGC is a growth agency that helps mobile apps scale through creator-led content. It produces hundreds of UGC videos per month across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts for app companies worldwide, from early-stage startups to apps with millions of downloads.
This is not a content creation role, and you won't be on camera. You'll find the right creators, brief them, manage relationships, and make sure every video is on-brand, on-strategy, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Scout creators on TikTok and Instagram whose audiences, styles, and content fit each client. Evaluate engagement rates, average views, posting frequency, audience demographics, and content quality.
- Manage the production cycle: write detailed briefs with hooks, second-by-second structure, key messages, visual references, dos and don'ts, and a clear CTA.
- Send outreach messages, negotiate rates, handle contracts, review drafts, request revisions, and ensure final delivery meets quality standards.
- Manage multiple creators across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Study viral UGC content in clients' verticals to understand what's working and why.
