Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor and ensure safety and security. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential issues. Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with inquiries as needed. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, ensuring proper reporting and resolution. Prepare detailed reports documenting daily activities and any observed irregularities. Enforce facility rules and regulations to deter misconduct. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and assist in investigations. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and decisive in stressful situations. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and reporting tools. Preferred: Proven experience in surveillance or security-related roles is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 1-year experience in a security role is desirable. No specific certifications are required, but having relevant training can be beneficial. The security team consists of dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to uphold a safe environment. Reporting directly to the Security Supervisor, you will engage regularly with both fellow guards and management to ensure a cohesive security strategy.
