Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect potential threats. Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with inquiries. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution. Prepare detailed daily reports documenting activities and irregularities. Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent misconduct. Collaborate with local law enforcement and assist in investigations when necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in surveillance or security roles preferred but not required. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and reporting tools. No mandatory certifications; relevant security training is a plus. Minimum one year of security experience is desirable. As part of our security team, you will report to the Security Supervisor and collaborate closely with colleagues and management to maintain a secure environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, Tennessee.
