US Benefits Manager

We are looking for a skilled Benefits Manager proficient in English to oversee and optimize employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and other offerings. This role combines hands-on administration with strategic leadership, ensuring a seamless employee experience and guiding a small team of benefits professionals.
Responsibilities:Lead and manage the benefits team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.Oversee administration of all employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS and payroll systems, streamlining processes and workflows.Conduct benchmarking, cost analysis, and utilization studies, providing actionable insights to senior management.Ensure compliance with U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.) and recommend process improvements.Serve as primary contact for benefit vendors and internal stakeholders, managing escalations effectively.Develop and implement communication strategies and educational sessions to enhance employee understanding and engagement.Partner with HR leadership on benefits strategy, programs enhancements, and process optimization.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certification preferred (e.g., CEBS).4–7 years’ experience in benefits administration, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance requirements.Proficient in HRIS, benefits platforms, and Excel; familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders in a professional environment.
