Key Responsibilities Accurately fill out US medical forms and patient data records using provided information, ensuring 99%+ accuracy. Perform detailed data entry tasks with a focus on precision and adherence to healthcare regulations. Review and verify completed forms for integrity and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to clarify and resolve discrepancies in patient information. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness of medical documents. Track and report any discrepancies or errors discovered during data entry to improve process quality. Assist in training new team members on form filling protocols and data entry best practices. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, information management, or related disciplines. 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage high volumes of sensitive data. Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Preferred: Prior knowledge of US medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards. Experience with HIPAA compliance and medical data privacy regulations.
