INDI Staffing Services is looking for a User Experience Specialist to join its Development team and participate in projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. The role focuses on providing the best experience for end users. The work involves current technologies, including mobile, web applications, and devices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with one or more scrum teams and iterate on UX design in an agile model.
• Work with customers to understand requirements from a UX perspective and anticipate potential UX changes based on experience.
• Create quick mockups for initial designs, gather customer feedback, and iterate.
• Design high-quality UI according to modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimize software workflows for the best user experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working as a developer.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI.
• Proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Experience managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
• Advanced English level.
